Canvas Painting Party
  • Select a design from our canvas portfolio
  • Minimum of 8 painters
  • 12” x 12” and 11” x 14” canvas designs $22 per painter
  • 16” x 20” and 10” x 20” canvas designs $27 per painter
  • 1.5-2 hours reserved in the studio depending on what canvas design you pre-select.
  • We provide easels, paints, and paintbrushes required for your pre-selected canvas design.

To-Go Events

  • Family gathering, scout event or club meeting? No problem, we can come to you! (Party costs + travel fee)
  • $25 base travel fee for events within 8 miles of Crafty U Too. Additional miles $0.80/mile (20 mile max).
  • Please provide a water source and table space for your group.
  • For an additional charge, delivery of completed/fired artwork can be arranged.

Party Policies:

Booking: Reservations need to be made at least 1 week in advance (2 for out of studio events).

  • Your time is not officially reserved until deposit is received.
  • Minimum: 8 painter minimum for all party packages.
  • Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied to your final bill.
  • Gratuity/Tax: A 10% gratuity and CA tax will be added to your total.
  • Duration: Parties are scheduled for 1.5 hours or 2 hours (depending on your choice of party package). If you would like your party to be longer we ask that you schedule it at the time of booking. A rate of $25 per 1/2 hour will be charged.
  • Food/Beverage: You may bring in food, beverages and all serving and paper products for your party.
  • Decorations: We ask that you do not hang streamers, banners, etc. due to the delicate nature of the paint.

Crafty Essentials (Included in our party packages)

  • Supplies: 16 of our most popular underglazes, sponges and/or necessary materials for all artists of all abilities to create their masterpiece.
  • Table Space: For your convenience, one table will be reserved for your gifts and food you wish to bring. Additional tables are available for $25 each.
  • Staff: A dedicated staff member to handle all of your needs including but not limited to: paint service, stress relief for you, and most importantly clean up!
  • Pick up: Glazed pieces will be ready for pick up by host in 6 days. Each project will be individually wrapped and labeled with each guest’s name for easy distribution.
  • Balloons, personalized banner and invitations: Provided for in-studio parties upon request.
